Plot : Adventureland is a comedy drama directed by Greg Mottola. The film revolves around fresh college graduate James Brennan (Jesse Eisenberg), whose dreams of a refreshing tour to Europe are shattered when his parents (Wendie Malick and Jack Gilpin), refuse to subsidize his trip. As a result he is forced to take up a lowly job at a local amusement park. He reluctantly prepares himself to spend a summer surrounded by loud-mouthed dads, stuffed pandas, and screaming kids high on cotton candy, instead of having German beer, visiting world-famous museums and flirting with cute French girls.
